1. Neeraj's Diet

Neeraj takes meals with adequate proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in their respective balanced proportions. He takes chicken, fish, and eggs, and ensures to take a lot of water to keep him alert.

Neeraj’s breakfast is commonly eggs, whole grain bread, and a protein shake. This combination serves as a breakfast for him, that offers him the energy and nutrients required to start intense training.

For lunch, Neeraj prefers a combination of chicken or fish, brown rice and several vegetables. This meal is important for muscle repair.

Post dinner, Neeraj does not consume a heavy meal, instead he eat grilled chicken, a small portion of either quinoa or whole-grain pasta, and a big bowl of salad.

He takes fruits, nuts and protein bars and these do not make him gain many extra pounds or increase the intake of extra fats that are unhealthy for him.

Hydration is very important, and should not be neglected in Neeraj’s case. He takes an adequate amount of water through workouts and training.
