How Kajol Maintains Her Fitness: A Look at Her Diet

Kajol takes a combination of nuts and seeds for her late evening snack. Almonds, walnuts and chia seeds – these are high in fats which keeps her healthy.

Dinner is simple, but wholesome and includes a simple vegetable soup or a salad with assorted vegetables, avocado and a dressing of olive oil with vinegar.
