Nutritious, Guilt-Free Diwali Delights

Substitute sugar with honey, roast cashew nuts, mix with honey, flatten, refrigerate, and cut into diamond shapes.

1. Home-made Kaju Katlis 

Blend dates, chop and fry almonds, cashews, figs, pistachios, and raisins with ghee, mix in Dates, and cardamom, and shape into ladoos.

2. Nutrient-Rich Dry Fruit Ladoos 

Take flattened rice, nuts, and spices with minimal oil for a crunchy, perfect snack for Diwali festivities. 

3. Crunchy Poha Chivda 

Simply melt jaggery, mix with coconut, add cardamom, add 2-3 drops of Almond Butter shape into ladoos, and enjoy this South Indian Delight. 

4. Jaggery-Coconut Ladoos 

Toss veggies with lemon, and a burst of spices, this savory snack offers a tangy dose to your taste buds. 

5. Protein-Rich Chickpea Chaat 

Thinly slice sweet potatoes, and toss with olive oil, and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes.

Take mixed nuts, add spices like cumin, coriander, and red chili powder. Bake them till golden brown and then present them in a bowl.

Soak Moong Dal, grind it into a paste, mix in spices, stuff this mixture into whole wheat dough, shape it into kachoris, and bake or shallow fry until golden brown.

9. Quinoa and Vegetable Cutlets 

Packed with protein and fiber, quinoa and mixed vegetables for a nutritious and yummy snack option. Pan-fry veggies until golden for a crunchy exterior.

Chop Fresh fruits like strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and melon,  insert these into wooden sticks, and drizzle 3-4 drops of Chocolate Peanut Butter on top of these fruits. 

10. Fresh Fruit Sticks 

Layer yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup in a glass. Top with crunchy granola and it'll be the most loved dessert.
