Babita wake up early and begins her day with a small run to freshen up. This help her in building her metabolic rate and prepares her to have the intensity of her training in the evening.
Babita’s training sessions include hard wrestling practice, weight lifting, and sprinting across the ring.
Babita's lunch normally consists of chicken or fish, some lentils, brown rice and lots of vegetables to ensure she is full for the rest of the day.
Being a sportsperson, Babita cannot afford to get tired hence she takes fruits, nuts, and yoghurt as snacks in the afternoon.
Babita likes to do cardio exercises in the evening including running, bicycle, or even yoga that includes stretching of the muscles and relaxing of the brain.
For dinner Babita enjoys more of soups, salads and grilled vegetables hence she has been able to retain her lean body mass and ideal body size.
Babita takes sufficient water during the day and also consume other fluids that contain electrolytes since they are washed out of the body by sweating during training.
She takes a break to get about 7-8 hours of sleep at night to make her body prepare itself for other activities the next day.
